Member networks
The cdfa has launched a programme of 15 network meetings for 2011
In response to the member survey of 2010, CDFA is offering a programme of 15 network meetings throughout 2011, for all CDFA members to provide a dedicated time to meet and discuss common issues around working in particular markets.
The programme of network meetings will start this spring and will be followed by dedicated conference time and further meetings in late summer/autumn. Members themselves will decide how often a particular network needs to meet and choose a facilitator amongst them; the cdfa will administer each meeting with invitations, minutes and follow-up.
The networks planned for 2011
| Enterprise Lenders Forum | Targeted towards members that sanction business loans |
| Enterprise Lenders Larger Loans Forum | Targeted towards members that regularly sanction loans in excess of £20,000 or who otherwise engage in more complex arrangements |
| Civil Society & Social Enterprise Lenders Forum | Targeted towards members whose main business is lending in this sector |
| Personal Lenders Forum | Targeted towards members who offer personal loans |
| Home Improvements Loan Forum | Targeted towards members who offer home improvement loans |
Invitations and confirmation dates will be made via email and Linked- in, as each network is established.
We also appreciate that not all members will be able to attend all network meetings. The CDFA will support the networks with LinkedIn groups. This will offer members the additional opportunity to share information and issues in between the formal face to face network events.
