Professional Development Programme
We run a range of courses throughout the year to help boost skills in the sector and to foster continual professional development for CDFI practitioners. We can also provide bespoke courses at our offices in London, at your offices or at a venue of your choosing, to enable your organisation to grow and maximise your impact in the communities you serve.
By attending a cdfa professional development programme course (PDP) you can ensure you are always up to date with trends and best practice in the sector.
There are several ways to use the PDP programme. Courses can be taken as stand-alone training if you want to hone your skills or refresh your memory in a specific area – or you can take the suite of programmes to gain a broad knowledge of the sector. In addition we provide general skills courses, such as time management, presentation techniques and effective leadership so the cdfa professional development programme is a one-stop shop for all your training needs.
